Established by Ron and Robin Greer in 1972 Arandee’s first premises were located in the A-frame building at Orakei Bay Village (OBV), a premium industrial style retail and hospitality complex on Orakei Rd, Auckland.  (Family legend has it the alternative site for its first factory was the corner site on the Mission Bay boulevard that was an empty paddock at the time!)  From there the company expanded into new premises in Onehunga before relocating to its current site in Rockfield Rd, Penrose some 30 years ago.  Penrose offers an excellent centralised  business location for Arandee’s showroom and primary warehouse.  The warehouse is test certified for storing dangerous goods, it is a registered transitional facility and has capacity to ensure we are well stocked to meet our customer needs.  Arandee, now in its second generation of family governance, is proudly 100% privately owned with the vast majority of its range manufactured right here in New Zealand.
